To increase access for interested people, there are several options available should you wish to review the EIR.  The options are:

1. Internet - There is a link below that will allow you to download each chapter of the EIR, in PDF format.  This requires Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded for free at http://get.adobe.com/reader/.  The downloaded chapters can be saved to your personal computer.
2. CD - Each person can request one free CD of the EIR.  Additional CDs are available for $25.
3. Library - A hard copy of the EIR will be available at the Sacramento Public Library (828 I Street, Sacramento).
4. DERA Offices - Several hard copies of the EIR will be available at the DERA offices (827 7th Street, Sacramento).  Please call ahead so that space can be set aside for you to review the EIR undisturbed.
5. Purchase a Hard Copy - Hard copies may be purchased, at the production cost quoted by the printer.  For the DEIR it is $85.  For the FEIR Volumes I and II it is $141, and for Volume III it is $79.  Volumes I and II are the EIR analysis, while Volume III is the Response to Comments.
