Sacramento County DERA is the lead agency for CEQA. The White Rock Road General Plan Amendment and Widening Project, Phases A, B & C project description, Request for Proposal and supporting materials are available in PDF format via the above links.
The project description is Attachment 1. The Scope of Work for the Air Quality Analysis is Attachment 2. A description of DERA’s mission and organization can also be found on our website. General contract document information and project specific RFP information for consultants is posted on the website via the “For Consultants (RFPs)” link on the homepage “Site Menu” and should be used (as necessary) in your submitted proposal.
The firm awarded the contract will be provided a copy of the complete information package for use in the preparation of the Traffic Impact Study documents. Consultants will submit four (4) copies of the proposal to DERA at the address located at the bottom of the letterhead page. Each submittal should include one electronic version. The submittal will be due by 5:00 p.m. on December 28, 2007. Packages received after that date will not be taken into consideration.
If interested, please provide a proposal for the preparation of the Air Quality Analysis based on the Scope of Work outlined in Attachment 2. Proposals will be evaluated upon the adequacy of the scope of the proposal, depth of experience on similar projects, cost, and deliverable time lines. A rating guide is attached for your information (Attachment 3).
