Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, Ordinance SCC-0793 Chapter 20.02

The Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Division ensures compliance with CEQA mitigation measures adopted by the approving body for public and private projects. The Division ensures compliance through plan and permit review, periodic site inspections, and verification of implementation actions required by the adopted Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP).
