Application Processing Division
The Application Processing Division (Private Development Projects) conducts environmental review pursuant to CEQA and NEPA for private applications and other agency and planning projects. The Division receives applications from the Planning and Community Development Department and does not accept applications directly from the public. The environmental review process is held in conjunction with the planning process.
