Private and Long Range Planning Projects Section
The Private and Long Range Planning Projects Section conducts environmental review pursuant to CEQA and NEPA for private applications and community planning projects. The Section receives applications from the Planning Division and does not accept applications directly from the public. The environmental review process is held in conjunction with the planning process.
